Contract conditions
1.-IDENTIFICATION OF PARTICIPATING PARTIES
The contract herein to provide services, purchase and sale of property is underwritten in part, by the commercial entity Draw First Scadenza SL, with registered office at C / Paraguay, No. 14 - 08020 Barcelona - Spain and with the legal identification number B63856496.
The said company is legally registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Volume 37,629, Section 152, Page B 306,421, INSCRIPTION 1 of the Barcelona Mercantile Registry, CIF number B63856496, referred hereafter as the SELLER.
And the other party, the USER or a REGISTERED USER, whose personal data is that which has been submitted in the order form or registration form, respectively, and which the Entity has made available at the URL www . makeupclub.es All data contained in the form has been transmitted directly, so that responsibility for the authenticity of this data corresponds directly and exclusively to the user. Hereafter referred to as the BUYER. The Entity declares that the data will be processed automatically with user's express consent and in compliance with the requirements of the “Ley Organica de Proteccion de Datos

2.-COMMITMENT OF LEGAL CORRESPONDANCE, TECHNICAL AND INFORMATIONAL SPECIFICATIONS TO THE BUYER AND ANY MODIFICATIONS THERETO, AND THE COMMITMENT AND ACCEPTANCE FOR THE SAM E BY THE BUYER.
The buyer understands that the information contained in the URL, in reference to the specifications and service descriptions to be purchased, including any general conditions regarding entering into the contract are sufficient and clear, and thereby the buyer is bound by the contract.
However, the seller is responsible to inform the buyer any legal or contractual specification of the service or purchase order upon first request, conditional upon that the information is on record and available.
3.-BASIC DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE / PRODUCT TO BE PURCHASED. This service contract or purchase agreement, as appropriate, is to provide a service or purchase a product, selecting it from among all those offered by the seller through its URL www.makeupclub.es.
The description of the service or product item for sale are described as listed on the corresponding website, and as presented by the seller. The entity ensures that all services or products meet the requirements imposed by the applicable laws for marketing and advertising by Spanish Law.
The buyer expressly states that it has read and understood them in their entirety, and agrees with them.
4.-PRICE OF SERVICE / PRODUCT: VAT and postage
The purchase price of the service or product is specified in the URL, along with a description of the selected service or product.
The buyer expressly states that they have read it, understood it, and is fully in agreement with its content.
The PVP as stated excludes VAT at 18% and applicable shipping costs.
THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE FREE for purchases over S 50 before taxes and $ 5 for purchases of less than 50 € before taxes (for peninsula and the Balearics, other destinations see costs).
The user acknowledges and accepts that the final amount to be made by the purchased service, will result from the sum of the price indicated, the applicable VAT and shipping costs for (plus taxes in the Canary Islands region).
Shipments are made through Correos de España.

Shipments are made to Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
